GalloPETG is a specially developed innovation material that is ideal for 3D printing. With its low warp effect, lower melting temperature and lower viscosity, our PETG filaments are just as easy to process as our GalloPLA.
Our GalloPETG filaments are styrene-free, so there are no unpleasant odours during processing and they are particularly suitable for home, school, medical facilities or production sites with low ventilation.
The particular advantage of PETG over PLA is its higher heat resistance (approx. 70 °C) and high weather resistance. This means GalloPETG filaments can also be used outdoors. In addition, our PETG filaments have good mechanical properties, high toughness and good dimensional stability, which are particularly suitable for technical applications with higher temperature resistance.
Processing temperature: 220 °C - 250 °C
Print bed temperature: 70 °C - 90 °C
Printing speed: 20 mm/s - 140 mm/s
Cooling: 50 % - 100 %
Storage and shelf life
Store GalloPrint filaments in the resealable package at room temperature in a dry place. Protect spool from direct heat and sunlight. Can be processed for at least 2 years if stored properly.
