GalloPETG
GalloPETG is an innovative material developed specifically for 3D printing. Thanks to its low warping properties and its lower melting temperature and viscosity, our PETG filament is as easy to handle as our GalloPLA.
A particular advantage is that our GalloPETG filaments are free of styrene, which prevents unpleasant odours during processing. Therefore, this material is particularly suitable for indoor use such as at home, in schools, medical facilities or in production facilities with limited ventilation.
Compared to PLA, PETG filament offers some decisive advantages. It is more heat resistant and can withstand temperatures of up to 70 °C to 90 °C. Furthermore, it is extremely weather-resistant and is therefore ideal for outdoor use. In addition, PETG has excellent mechanical properties. Another special advantage is that PETG can withstand sterilisation, which makes it a good material for medical implants and also pharmaceutical and medical technology applications.
